Looking after your body starts with controlled movement. Our variety of classes offer a low-impact, functional form of exercise. Take a look at the class details below and please get in touch if you require more information and to book your place.

Tailor-made programmes

A functional strengthening programme can be designed specifically for you or for a small group of up to four. We can offer these in 30 or 60minute sessions.

Clients can decide on the frequency of sessions with guidance from the physiotherapist and a home programme can be developed if required.

Hip and knee classes

We run weekly hip and knee classes in the rehab gym at Khandallah and now also in our Churton Park Clinic. A small group of a maximum 6 participants led by the physiotherapist enabling you to participate in practical and functional exercises to manage your joint pain. These can be a good way to strengthen the muscles pre and post surgical joint replacement.

These sessions are $95 for a block of 6.

Casual rate $17.50 per class.

They are held at our Khandallah Clinic on Wednesday at:

  • 9.40am - 10.20am

  • 10.50am - 11.30am

  • 11.40am - 12.20pm

New Class at our Churton Park Clinic on Friday at:

  • 12:10pm - 12:50pm

Senior classes

Seniors Classes are held three times per week in the rehab gym at Khandallah and now also our Churton Park Clinic. They are all led by a physiotherapist. In small groups of maximum 8 they provide a great opportunity for participants to gain confidence in their balance and stability by strengthening their muscles and providing some professional help and support for overall independence.

These sessions are $150 for a block of 10 sessions.

Casual rate $17.50 per class.

They are held at our Khandallah Clinic on Monday and Thursday at:

  • 11.40am - 12.25pm

New Class at our Churton Park Clinic on Wednesday at:

  • 12:30pm - 1:15pm
