All patients are welcome into the clinic for treatment regardless of your vaccination status.

We will be following all advice from the Ministry of Health in order to keep you, our staff and community, and whānau safe.


COVID-19 Pre-Appointment Screening Questions

As per the Ministry of Health Guidelines, we may ask the following screening questions before you attend your appointment with us. This will ensure your safety and the safety of our community and whānau.

If you answer yes to any of these questions or have any concerns, please call us on 04 479 7101 prior to your appointment.

  • Do you have one or more of the following:

    • Sore throat – new or worsening cough – shortness of breath – fatigue & muscle aches – sneezing & runny nose – temporary loss of smell or altered sense of taste?

  • Have you, or anyone you have had close contact with, had a suspected, probable, or confirmed case of Covid-19, are currently awaiting the results of a test, or been to an identified location of interest?

  • Is someone in your household awaiting the result of a Covid-19 test result or been asked to self-isolate by Public Health services?

  • Do you consider yourself to be at a high risk of severe illness from Covid-19?

    • Medical conditions (such as): immunocompromised, respiratory illness, serious heart conditions, uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease.

    • Aged over 70.
