Pilates for rehabilitation and functional strengthening
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that helps to improve whole body health, muscular strength and endurance. Pilates can be used as a way to rehabilitate and prevent injuries. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels with progressions through each exercise allowing anyone to take part and improve their overall strength and wellbeing.
We offer both group and one-on-one mat pilates, along with personalised pilates programmes developed by a qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructors for your individual needs.
We also have group and on-on-one reformer pilates sessions available incorporating the pilates reformer machine to develop and assist the exercises, from non-weightbearing through to weightbearing, functional strength work for the whole body.
Online zoom classes are available for our Tuesday Mat class if required.
Mat Pilates Prices
Concession: 20 sessions $300 or 10 sessions $200.
Casual rate: $25 per class.
We can also do 1-1 pilates or groups of up to 4 people as required.
Price for that would be $90 per 30mins, or $180 for 60mins - and split between the group.
Note: All concession cards for Mat Pilates are valid for 1 year, and are non-refundable/transferable.
Mat Pilates Classes
No need to book the mat class unless you are attending the Tuesday class. Sign in at the Khandallah Town Hall reception and make your way into the hall. We have mats and equipment available to borrow, or you are welcome to bring your own. Our Tuesday class needs to be prebooked due to the popularity of this class and to ensure the space is available for a comfortable class in the hall.
