Pilates for rehabilitation and functional strengthening
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that helps to improve whole body health, muscular strength and endurance. Pilates can be used as a way to rehabilitate and prevent injuries. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels with progressions through each exercise allowing anyone to take part and improve their overall strength and wellbeing.
We offer both group and one-on-one mat pilates, along with personalised pilates programmes developed by a qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructors for your individual needs.
We also have reformer based one-on-one pilates available incorporating the pilates reformer machine to develop and assist the exercises, from non-weightbearing through to weightbearing, functional strength work for the whole body.
Vaccine passes are no longer needed for entry to any of our classes. Online zoom classes are available on a Tuesday if required.
Prices
Concession: 20 sessions $300 or 10 sessions $200.
Casual rate: $25 per class.
We can also do 1-1 pilates or groups of up to 4 people as required.
Price for that would be $90 per 30mins, or $180 for 60mins - and split between the group.
